RETURNS POLICY

We can accept returns for either refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All items will be inspected upon return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot refund any items that have been washed or worn. Items must also be in the original packaging. Any items deemed to be ineligible for an exchange/refund will be returned to the customer.

Sales of gift cards and any downloadable software products are final and are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns:

The customer is responsible for paying any return shipping costs. We do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items unless they are deemed faulty with proof of the fault/damage provided to us via email prior to the return.

We cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges lost in transit; therefore, we advise that they are sent via trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
